ChromoPrecise does not contain live yeast cells, but a chromium containing protein-rich powder made from yeast cells. Dietary chromium is obtained from wholemeal cereal and grain products (provided soils are not chromium depleted), nuts, seafood and yeast. Little chromium is contained from highly refined foods (e.g. refined sugar, refined flour used in white bread) which are easily lost during cooking or food processing.
