About Garstang Health Food Store.

WHO WE ARE

Garstang Health Food Store was founded in 1971 to provide the local area with a trusted supply of healthy foods and supplements.

In time we added a beautiful clinic next to the shop and now provide osteopathy, allergy testing, aromatherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, beauty therapy and other natural treatments.

We are specialists in Organic and Natural Wellbeing and have staff with over a hundred years worth of experience to advise and support our customers. We are also the home of the renowned brand CBD One (link?)

We have a boutique store on the High Street in Garstang and would love to see you there! We have hand picked and carefully sourced products that offer variety and quality. Only the best will do.

We now also offer you our online shop. If you aren’t sure what to buy please call us and we will provide our advice for free. If you don’t see what you need online we have thousands of other products in store. A quick call and we can find what you are looking for.

Meet NICK & THE TEAM

Garstang Health Food Store has been a reliable presence on the High Street in Garstang for over half a century and the current owners are Nick Tofalos and his wife Hannah Tofalos.

Nick originally rented a room at the natural health clinic next door to the shop where he built up his osteopathic practice. During quiet times when he had no patients he would pop into the store and ask the staff questions about all the products they sold. In this way he gradually built up his knowledge of natural health remedies and supplements.

Nick has a wealth of experience from his work as an osteopath and is a respected natural health expert, appearing on the BBC, regional radio, Lancashire Life and Northern Life amongst other titles. He makes regular live appearances on social media and writes a monthly natural health article for the Garstang Focus.
Our shop is run by a small but very experienced team with Lorna having worked her way up having started out as our Saturday girl. She begins a course in nutritional therapy in the coming year.

Kay and Celia have both been a constantly reassuring presence at the shop for many years and have both forgotten more than Nick will ever know about the products in the shop.

Kath helps ensure the smooth running of the shop and her presence prevents Nick from collapsing under a mountain of chaos that only he could create.

Mary is our newest staff member and continues to learn the ropes whilst bringing good cheer to all.

We aim to sell products that WE love. We carefully select all our brands for their quality, variety and effectiveness. We have often used them ourselves so we can talk from experience.
