As a food supplement, take one slippery elm capsule with water prior to a main meal.
Take no more than six capsules a day.
As a drink, mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly. Stir until fully mixed. Each capsule typically provides 230mg Powdered Slippery Elm Bark.
