Balance Mineral Drink is a powdered food supplement that contains magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium and vitamin D, which makes it great at reducing fatigue, improving energy and replacing electrolytes.

One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.

Balance Mineral Drink contains sweetener derived from steviol glycosides (stevia) rather than sugar. Diabetics should still be aware of the 1.8g of carbohydrate content per sachet, of which <0.5g is natural sugar.
